About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketer to lead our paid media initiatives and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns that generate leads, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Campaign Management
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Own the complete campaign lifecycle, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, creative testing, and performance optimization.
• Drive key business metrics such as leads, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI.
Performance Optimization & Analytics
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale results.
• Analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
• Implement and manage tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance.
Budget & Growth Management
• Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly advertising budgets effectively.
• Ensure optimal utilization of ad spend while maintaining strong ROI.
• Identify new growth opportunities, audience segments, and scalable acquisition channels.
Reporting & Strategy
• Create performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend monitoring to strengthen campaign strategies.
• Stay updated with platform updates, advertising policies, and industry best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with design, content, and sales teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
• Contribute innovative ideas, funnel strategies, and growth initiatives that support business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting abilities.
