Job Description: Marketing Manager – Field Operations

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Generation:

   • Visit builders, architects, and key stakeholders to present Vaastu Kalpaa’s offerings and value propositions.

   • Close deals through effective negotiation and maintain a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

   • Develop strategies to identify and approach potential clients in the construction and interior design industries.

2. Brand Awareness:

   • Promote Vaastu Kalpaa by creating awareness of our premium products and services.

   • Participate in and organize marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to strengthen brand presence.

   • Establish strong relationships with builders, architects, and other industry professionals to build brand credibility.

3. Client Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

   • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and preferences effectively.

4. Negotiation and Closing Deals:

   • Handle price negotiations, contract discussions, and ensure profitable outcomes for Vaastu Kalpaa.

   • Ensure that deals align with company policies and objectives while meeting client expectations.

5. Field Operations:

   • Actively engage in field marketing activities to identify and generate new leads.

   • Manage client visits and conduct product and service demonstrations on-site.

   • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies.

6. Target Achievement:

   • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

   • Track and analyze performance metrics, reporting progress to management regularly.

7. Team Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with the sales, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

   • Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field marketing or sales, preferably in the construction, interior design, or home décor industry.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
