We are seeking a strategic and high-energy Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives at Uttardhan. In this role, you will be responsible for building brand equity, managing client campaigns, and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with our stature as a leading PR and Advertising firm.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy: Oversee the brand positioning of Uttardhan and its diverse portfolio of clients.
Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel advertising campaigns (Digital, Print, and PR).
Client Relations: Act as a strategic consultant for our high-profile clients to ensure their marketing goals are exceeded.
Growth: Identify new market trends and opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in the advertising sector.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Marketing or Advertising agencies.
Leadership: Ability to work closely with Aarushi Sundriyal to translate the company’s vision into actionable marketing results.
Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills are a must.
Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field.
