Growth & Scale Marketing:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand visibility.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets across digital and offline channels to maximize ROI.
• Lead performance marketing efforts across paid media (Meta, Google, programmatic) to scale traffic and conversions.
Digital Marketing:
• Oversee and optimize all digital channels including SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, affiliate programs, and social media.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and agencies to produce high-performing marketing creatives.
• Track campaign KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and implement continuous improvements based on data insights.
Brand Collaborations & Influencer Marketing:
• Identify and partner with relevant influencers, athletes, and creators to enhance brand awareness and authenticity.
• Plan and execute strategic collaborations with complementary brands or platforms for cross-promotion.
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end including outreach, negotiation, execution, and performance tracking.
On-Ground Marketing & Brand Activation:
• Plan and execute offline campaigns including pop-ups, fitness expos, gym activations, and sampling drives.
• Work with event partners and PR agencies to drive footfall and customer engagement in key cities.
• Ensure on-ground brand visibility aligns with digital narratives and overall marketing strategy.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
• Own end-to-end execution of 360° marketing campaigns across product launches, seasonal promotions, and thematic storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and operations to ensure integrated go-to-market strategies.
Market & Consumer Insights:
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer feedback surveys to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable campaigns that resonate with the brand’s target audience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role at a D2C brand (FMCG, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle preferred).
• Hands-on experience in paid media management, digital performance tracking, and CRM tools.
• Strong knowledge of consumer behavior, marketing funnels, and content marketing.
Preferred Skills:
• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, and GA4.
• Interest in health, nutrition, or wellness is a plus.
Work Environment:
• Full-time position based in Mumbai.
