• Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet business objectives and targets.
• Ability to think and direct marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, CRM, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/ independent contributors to create compelling marketing collateral, including print
advertisements, promotional content, and branding material.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in planning and organizing events, festivals, and offers to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Understand challenges and create plans to address them. Track and measure ROI regularly on marketing plans.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for e.g. Design, PR, Content, and Digital Teams as required.
