Role Purpose
The primary purpose of the Marketing Manager at Mtandt is to drive strategic marketing initiatives that
strengthen the company’s leadership in the Aerial Work Platform (AWP) industry, generate high-quality B2B
leads for Sales and Rental divisions, and support business expansion across regions.
Job Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities (TDR)
Key Responsibilities: -
Market Strategy Development
o Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
o Design go-to-market strategies for AWP products.
o Identify growth opportunities in metro construction, infrastructure, and rental markets.
Brand Positioning & Promotion
o Build strong brand identity for AWP equipment.
o Develop campaigns highlighting safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
o Manage digital presence across websites, social media, and trade portals.
Product Marketing
o Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate technical features into customer benefits.
o Plan product launches, demos, and exhibitions.
o Create brochures, case studies, and technical content tailored to contractors and rental companies.
Sales Enablement
o Support sales teams with marketing collateral, presentations, and lead-generation tools.
o Develop pricing strategies aligned with market demand.
o Track ROI of campaigns and adjust tactics for maximum impact.
Customer Engagement
o Conduct surveys and gather feedback from contractors, rental firms, and project managers.
o Build loyalty programs and after-sales communication strategies.
o Manage CRM systems to streamline customer interactions.
Partnerships & Networking
o Engage with industry associations, trade shows, and government bodies.
o Build partnerships with rental companies and distributors.
o Position the company as a thought leader in safety and innovation.
Performance Monitoring
o Track KPIs such as lead conversion, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
o Prepare reports for senior management on marketing outcomes.
o Continuously refine strategies based on analytics and market response.
