We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and able to manage multiple campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and content marketing strategies
Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management
Manage branding, public relations, and promotional activities
Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing tools
Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Creativity and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or lead role
Proven track record of driving growth through marketing campaigns
