1. Operations Coordination

• Oversee day-to-day business operations ensuring efficiency and timely execution.

• Coordinate with clients to collect necessary design files, approvals, and project details.

• Liaise with vendors and service providers for smooth and timely project execution.

• Monitor ongoing project workflows, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and proactively resolve operational issues.
  

2. Marketing and Social Media Support

• Assist in creating and scheduling basic content for social media platforms using tools like Canva.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop content ideas, post themes, and campaigns.

• Ensure timely publishing to maintain brand visibility and engagement.
  

3. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Conduct research to scrape data from online sources for potential clients and partners.

• Maintain a database of leads and track follow-up activities.

• Reach out to prospects through email campaigns, telephonic calls, and WhatsApp messaging.

• Visit client sites or prospective clients when necessary to pitch services or gather project details.
