Job Description

We are looking for a General Manager to join our team to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹99000 - ₹99999 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Must have hands-on experience in handling projects from start to handover and experience in managing multiple Projects.
Ø Must be proficient in the technical aspects of Fire Protection System projects.
Ø Budgeting: Submit weekly budgeting reports for assigned projects, including installation versus billable amount and material procurement tracking of the assigned projects
Ø Must be able to meet targets on time by the team (Mechanical - at least 500 meters per week by 1 Team (1 Fitter, 1 Welder, 3 Riggers). Own company on-roll employees).
Ø Must complete the JMS on time by the team. Tracking of the installation billable value and drive the team to achieve the target with raising the installation bill.
Ø Must be a good mentor to the team to achieve the running meter targets by the team
Ø Must oversee all stores-related work: MRP, MIR, Stock in-stock out sheets & Stock issue.
Ø Must have RA Billing experience and good experience in managing clients.
Ø Must achieve the billing target in a given timeline.
Ø Must be proficient in handling OWN Manpower..
Ø Documentation: Maintain all project-related documentation.
Ø Planning & Execution: Create schedules for material procurement based on approved drawings. Plan manpower according to site conditions. Regularly coordinate with clients. Prepare and track variations based on site conditions.
Ø Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, along with projections, for all site activities as an MIS to the management.
Ø Client Coordination: Act as the company representative when interacting with clients. Clearly communicate data, site status in a timely and organized manner.
Ø Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure adherence to the client's scope of work and quality criteria while minimizing costs.

Job Requirements:

Ø Must have 15+ years of experience into Fire Fighting installation.

Ø Must have experience into Residential High Rise Buildings

Ø Must have handled own Manpower(Fitter, Rigger & Welder)

Ø Must have experience in RA Bills & JMS preparation

Ø Budget - 80K to 1L (May vary according to experience)
