An Influencer Marketing Manager for User-Generated Content (UGC) drives brand growth by identifying, onboarding, and managing creators to produce authentic, high-quality content for social media and paid ads. They negotiate contracts, build relationships, and analyze performance metrics on platforms like TikTok and Instagram to optimize ROI, scaling content production.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Strategy & Sourcing: Identify, vet, and recruit UGC creators, influencers, and community members for product reviews, tutorials, and testimonials.
Campaign Execution & Relationship Management: Manage the end-to-end process from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and relationship maintenance.
Content Strategy & Production: Develop briefs, refine scripts, and collaborate with creators to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and is optimized for paid ads and organic channels.
Performance Tracking: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement, CPA, and ROI to measure success and optimize future campaigns.
Scalability & Trends: Create systems to scale UGC production and stay updated on emerging trends and platforms. LinkedIn +6
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, or social media management.
Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and a keen eye for engaging content.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with performance marketing, content editing tools (e.g., Canva, Premiere Pro), and project management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
