Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, strengthen market presence, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing plans and promotional campaigns.

• Strengthen brand visibility across multiple marketing channels.

• Coordinate with the sales team to support business expansion and product promotions.

• Plan and execute digital marketing and social media initiatives.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.

• Ensure optimum utilization of the marketing budget.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing.

• Experience in the Dairy, FMCG, or Food industry is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Digital Marketing.

• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
