Key Responsibilities: Strategize, plan, and execute full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms (DV360 preferred). Optimize lead acquisition for luxury real estate projects with a strong focus on CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROAS, and sales-qualified leads. Develop audience targeting strategies based on HNI/NRI behavior, real estate investment interest, and wealth profiles. Manage large-scale budgets with daily, weekly, and monthly optimizations to achieve campaign KPIs. Set up and optimize conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZOHO). Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and present actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate with the SEO, CRM, creative, and real estate sales teams to align messaging, landing pages, and lead nurturing. Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends, real estate buyer behavior, and platform algorithm changes. Continuously A/B test creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audience cohorts to maximize ROI.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related fields. (Master’s degree preferred.) 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in performance marketing roles.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic Platforms. Hands-on experience with MMPs (Mobile Measurement Platforms) and attribution models. Deep knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, ZOHO. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Prior experience managing ₹1 Cr+ monthly digital budgets in B2C industries (Real Estate, BFSI, Luxury segments preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is a plus.
