The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s logistics services. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting business growth through digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business objectives in the logistics and supply chain sector.

• Create brand awareness through digital marketing campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.

• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting manufacturers, exporters, importers, and other potential clients.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Manage corporate website content and ensure timely updates.

• Oversee the design and production of brochures, flyers, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

• 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.

• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM, etc.).

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with freight forwarding, warehousing, courier, or supply chain companies.

• Knowledge of logistics operations such as shipping, trucking, warehousing, and customs clearance.

Salary Range

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

• Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM with lead and client information.

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.

• Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure long-term business retention.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, courier, or supply chain industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Good knowledge of logistics services like road transport, warehousing, freight, and distribution.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and handle client meetings confidently.

• Understanding of pricing structures, transit times, and logistics operations.
