Marketing Manager

A Sales and Marketing job involves creating and executing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive revenue by identifying customer needs, developing campaigns (digital/traditional), managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with sales teams to meet business goals and targets. Key duties include market research, lead generation, sales presentations, data analysis, and reporting on performance. 

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy:

  Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. 

• Market Research:

  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to find growth opportunities. 

• Sales Execution:

  Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales. 

• Client Relations:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, handling feedback and complaints. 

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor sales/marketing metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for stakeholders. 

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, digital marketing tools.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, leadership, and teamwork.

• Attributes: Result-driven, organized, able to work under pressure.
