We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our front-line marketing team in Mumbai (with Gujarat). This role requires a professional approach to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth through field sales and marketing efforts.
1. Lead Generation & Database Management:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and field visits.
Supervise and manage the database generated by the tele-calling team.
Ensure accuracy and segmentation of data for targeted marketing.
2. Sales Prospecting & Conversion:
Conduct regular client visits to introduce and promote our products and solutions.
Convert leads into potential business opportunities by engaging with key decision-makers.
Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
3. Client Meetings & Relationship Management:
Plan and organize meetings with prospective clients to present our company’s offerings.
Understand customer requirements through discussions and project reviews.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
4. Proposal & Order Processing:
Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with customer needs.
Address client feedback and incorporate necessary revisions into proposals.
Finalize orders, ensuring smooth processing and execution of sales agreements.
5. Field Sales Execution:
Travel extensively within Hyderabad, Telangana, Visakhapatnam, and surrounding regions for business development.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through on-ground market intelligence.
6. Repeat Business and AMC:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Promote and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to ensure long-term engagement with clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking progress against targets.
Provide market insights to refine sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years in field sales, business development, or sales coordination roles.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
