Marketing Manager

A Marketing Manager develops and executes strategies to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and attract customers. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing data, managing marketing campaigns and budgets, collaborating with teams, and overseeing brand image to achieve company goals and profitability. 

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning:

  Develop comprehensive marketing plans to align with company objectives and determine the most effective marketing channels. 

• Market Research:

  Conduct or commission market research, analyze industry and consumer trends, and identify target audiences. 

• Campaign Management:

  Design and implement advertising campaigns, managing budgets, and overseeing creative elements across digital and traditional media. 

• Team & Department Collaboration:

  Lead and manage marketing teams, working closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and strategy. 

• Performance Analysis:

  Track and analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting on ROI and adjusting strategies for optimal results. 

• Brand Management:

  Promote the brand's image and public relations, working to increase brand awareness and maintain strong customer relationships. 

• Budgeting & Resource Management:

  Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and maximize the return on marketing investments.
