Role Overview

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Understand client requirements and financial goals to suggest the right luxury property options
Pitch premium and high-value properties with confidence and clarity
Build and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
Conduct site visits and deliver a premium client experience
Consistently follow up with leads and drive conversions
Complete daily assigned tasks and maintain performance reports
Stay updated with market trends, luxury inventory, and competitor insights
Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
