Job Summary:
The Admission & Outreach Manager will be responsible for driving student enrollments through extensive fieldwork, relationship building, and awareness initiatives. This role requires proactive engagement with coaching classes, schools, junior colleges, and other educational institutions to promote the university’s programs and facilitate admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to coaching classes, schools, colleges, and educational institutions to generate leads and build strong networks
Plan and execute seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions for students
Represent the university at various outreach activities, education fairs, and events
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career pathways, and admission processes
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of admission activities and campaigns
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as principals, counselors, and coaching institute owners
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions
Provide feedback from the field to improve outreach strategies
