Marketing Manager

• Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance Paramotor’s visibility in the fintech and SaaS ecosystem.

• Build a strong brand identity that resonates with B2B and B2C audiences.

• Digital Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Manage paid advertising, remarketing, and performance-driven campaigns to generate leads and conversions.

• Content & Communication

• Oversee the creation of compelling content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, social media creatives).

• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

• Partnerships & Market Outreach

• Coordinate with business development teams for co-branded campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.

• Organize and promote events, webinars, and product launches.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.

• Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and ensure measurable impact.

• Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a small marketing team and external agency partners.

• Drive a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 5–8 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital commerce industries.

• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

• Excellent understanding of brand management, content strategy, and performance marketing.

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
