Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at Par Techno Heat Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing of Engg Capital Machineries / Utility Plants. This role involves both online and offline technical & commercial meetings , customer engagement and meetings with Technical consultants. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹45,000 - ₹95,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deriving inquiry leads , planning and executing techno-commercial meetings with potential clients , understanding the exact needs of the customers, preparing the suitable techno-commercial proposals, meeting the key decision makers & technical consultants, Meeting OEMs.

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle events

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop marketing strategies and create campaigns

• Manage our brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is B.Tech / B.E in Mech Engg , followed by Post Graduate in Marketing Management and 3 - 6+ years of experience. The position also requires strong technical skills , communication skills, basic knowledge of Thermal Engg / Steam Engg / Power Plant., AI tools and a creative approach. Must have good contacts in the market, like Chem Plants, Pharma Plants, Textile Inds , Paper Inds, Refineries, Food & Dairy Processing , Rubber & Tyre Industries , Cement Industries, etc...
