Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring end-to-end marketing activities (online and offline) to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive market penetration. The role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and execution excellence, with close collaboration across sales, training, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
A. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated online and offline marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluation to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans with clear KPIs for lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI.
Recommend customized marketing initiatives to support sales team targets.
B. Execution & Campaign Management
Convert strategic ideas into structured action plans and ensure timely execution.
Manage campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, WhatsApp marketing, webinars, events, and partnerships.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, video editors, and digital agencies to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline platforms.
C. Digital Marketing
Lead social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Execute lead generation and performance marketing campaigns using digital tools and automation platforms.
Improve website visibility through SEO optimization and performance tracking.
Track and analyze reach, engagement, conversions, and lead quality; optimize campaigns accordingly.
D. Offline Marketing
Plan and manage participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and corporate events.
Develop offline marketing materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and event branding.
Support sales teams with targeted collaterals and industry association partnerships.
E. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with inbound and outbound lead targets.
Create workflows, task tracking systems, and performance reports.
Present weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with data-driven insights to management.
F. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for new audience segments, brand positioning, and strategic alliances.
Introduce AI tools, automation, and modern marketing technologies to improve efficiency.
Ensure all marketing activities follow brand guidelines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, social media, email & WhatsApp automation.
Strategic thinker with strong execution and project management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in B2B marketing (preferred: consulting, certifications, training, or service industries).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
