Job Description: Marketing Head
Position Overview: The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves leading a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:-
Ø Lead Generation:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking.
· Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Ø Strategic Planning:
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
· Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Ø Team Leadership:
· Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
· Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback.
Ø Brand Management:
· Oversee brand development and ensure consistency across all channels.
· Manage public relations and corporate communications.
Ø Campaign Management:
· Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
· Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
Ø Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
· Track spending and report on ROI for marketing initiatives.
Ø Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.
· Present marketing plans and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Ø Market Research:
· Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform marketing strategies.
· Identify key customer segments and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Required:-
· Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful campaign execution in Real Estate Brokerage Firm.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing, Content Writing, Google ads.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, Team Handling.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
