Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects (Residential, Commercial & Industrial).

• Identify new business opportunities, channel partners, and corporate clients.

• Generate, qualify, and close high-value solar EPC contracts.

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, techno-commercial proposals, negotiation, and closure.

• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and decision-makers.

Team Management:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (Field Sales, Telecallers, Channel Partners).

• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.

• Review daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline status.

Technical & Commercial Coordination:

• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for feasibility, costing, and BOQ preparation.

• Ensure accurate pricing, margins, and compliance with company policies.

• Support contract finalization, LOI, and agreement processes.

Market & Reporting:

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and government solar policies.

• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and management presentations.

• Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and business forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 2-6 years of experience.

• Proven track record of closing solar EPC projects.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
