🎯 Position Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. • Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

• Define KPIs and track ROI of marketing initiatives.

• Campaign Management

• Plan and manage digital, print, and event-based campaigns.

• Oversee social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.

• Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content.

• Brand Management

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

• Strengthen brand awareness and reputation in target markets.

• Manage PR activities and external communications.

• Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor marketing team members.

• Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams for integrated campaigns.

• Manage external agencies and vendors.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on marketing effectiveness.

• Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

📚 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Creative mindset with analytical ability to interpret data.
