Role & Responsibilities 

• Drive vehicle adoption and footfall at 1C charging stations. 

• Engage with drivers, fleet operators, and EV owners, collect data, and onboard them to the 1C app. 

• Build partnerships with fleets, RWAs, malls, hospitals, and businesses to expand usage. 

• Execute local campaigns, events, and promotions to increase visibility. 

• Support brand building through content, case studies, and customer success stories. 

• Track station usage, adoption metrics, and competitor activities, sharing insights with the central team. 

• Collaborate with product/marketing teams to refine positioning and growth strategy. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 

• 1–3 years’ experience in field marketing, sales, or business development. 

• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. 

• Comfortable with on-ground fieldwork and basic digital marketing. 

• Prior exposure to EV, mobility, or clean tech is a plus.
