Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Team Management & Collaboration
Lead and mentor marketing executives, content creators, and social media staff.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with service delivery.
Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners for campaigns.
Lead Generation & Business Development
Drive lead generation through innovative campaigns and partnerships.
Support conversion strategies by equipping sales teams with presentations and collateral.
Build collaborations with institutes, corporates, and local partners.
Brand Building & Communication
Establish and maintain strong brand identity across platforms.
Draft professional communication for outreach, recruitment, and client engagement.
Implement loyalty and referral programs to retain clients.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs including reach, engagement, lead conversion, and revenue impact.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management review.
