JOB DESCRIPTION: MARKETING MANAGER

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience)
1. JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to drive footfall, increase revenue, and enhance brand visibility across all verticals—Arcade, Bowling, Restaurant, Soft play, and Banquet Hall.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement monthly & quarterly marketing plans
Create targeted campaigns for each segment:
Arcade & Bowling (youth & corporate crowd)
Soft play (kids & families)
Restaurant (dine-in & events)
Banquet Hall (corporate events, birthdays, parties)
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
B. Digital Marketing
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google)
Plan and execute paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Improve online presence and ratings (Google Reviews, Zomato, etc.)
Coordinate content creation (photos, reels, offers, events)
C. Offline Marketing
Plan local area promotions, tie-ups with schools, colleges & corporates
Organize events, tournaments, theme nights, birthday packages
Handle print marketing (flyers, banners, standees)
Coordinate with malls and nearby businesses for cross promotions
D. Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive banquet bookings (corporate & social events)
Generate leads for birthday parties & group bookings
Work closely with operations team to increase per-customer spending
Introduce offers, memberships, and loyalty programs
E. Brand Management
Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels
Ensure proper in-store branding and visibility
Build strong brand recall in the local market
F. Reporting & Analysis
Track campaign performance and ROI
Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports
Monitor footfall, conversions, and revenue growth
3. SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of digital marketing & social media
Good communication & negotiation skills
Creative thinking and campaign planning
Experience in event marketing and promotions
Basic design understanding (Canva/Photoshop preferred)
Data analysis and reporting skills
4. EXPERIENCE
2–5 years in Marketing (preferably in Entertainment, Hospitality, or Retail)
Experience in mall-based or family entertainment centers is an advantage

Number of event/banquet bookings

6. WORKING CONDITIONS
