A Field Sales Executive in the grocery/FMCG industry secures product placement, negotiates shelf space, and manages distributor/retailer relationships within a specific region (e.g., Chennai). They drive revenue by visiting supermarkets, mom-and-pop stores, and wholesale hubs to ensure product availability and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

Store Acquisition: Conduct daily visits to regional supermarkets, large-format retail stores, and local Kirana stores to pitch products and onboard them as stockists.

Experience: 1–3 years of proven field sales experience in FMCG, food products, or grocery sectors.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and communication skills

Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driver’s license to effectively cover the assigned territory. Specific monthly or quarterly revenue quotas ($) achieved.
