Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our brand, promotions, and customer engagement strategies for our food & beverage operations. The ideal candidate will assist in both offline and digital marketing efforts to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute marketing campaigns across various platforms (in-store, digital, social media, outdoor, etc.)
Coordinate with the design team for the development of promotional materials (flyers, menu cards, posters, etc.)
Assist in managing social media pages and increasing online engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Organize and support promotional events, festivals, and activations at stores and external venues.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and reports to the marketing team.
Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, vendors, and influencers.
Ensure all marketing collateral is consistent with the brand guidelines.
Support store openings and product launches with effective marketing strategies.
Coordinate customer feedback programs and help improve customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food & beverage / QSR / hospitality industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.
Creative thinking and ability to execute campaigns under tight deadlines.
Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of local market trends is a plus.
