Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with strong strategic marketing, business analysis, and customer insight skills to drive growth in both B2B and B2C segments for our construction business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.

• Conduct market & customer analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

• Lead B2B & B2C marketing initiatives to grow client base and brand presence.

• Manage offline marketing campaigns – exhibitions, events, print, and outdoor ads.

• Collaborate with sales teams to create impactful promotional strategies.

• Monitor campaign performance and report insights for business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in construction/real estate).

• Strong skills in strategic planning, communication, customer analysis, and offline marketing.

• Ability to lead teams and deliver results in a competitive market.

• Strategic & analytical thinking

• Business and market identification skills
