Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a team of sales executives, and achieve business targets across South Delhi and Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, managing customer relationships, and ensuring successful project sales.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase business growth.
Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile
3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in residential and commercial property sales preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
