You will translate brand goals into actionable retail strategies across major accounts like Reliance, DMart, and Star Bazaar and other major hypermarkets/supermarkets, ensuring high visibility and profitable conversion. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Job Description:
· Develop channel-specific marketing plans and joint business plans to drive brand growth.
· Lead in-store visibility, merchandising standards, and shopper marketing campaigns (POSM/promos).
· Manage trade marketing budgets, negotiate terms of trade, and analyze promo-effectiveness to maximize ROI.
· Ensure optimal product listing, planogram compliance, and inventory management across key outlets.
· Monitor competitor activity and shopper trends to refine pricing and distribution strategies.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
· Executing in-store promotions, merchandising, and launching shopper marketing campaigns to increase brand presence.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 8+ years of experience Modern Trade marketing is mandatory. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
