Job Summary:

The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across branches in the assigned region (NCA) through effective marketing strategies, branch visibility initiatives, and on-ground promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Increase business growth through planned and executed regional marketing activities

Develop innovative, region-specific marketing initiatives

Ensure strong in-branch visibility (branding, product display, banners, glow signs, standees, etc.)

Prepare and execute branch-level marketing and event calendars

Drive walk-ins and increase new customer loan disbursements

Plan and monitor on-ground promotions such as Van Marketing, Melas, Consumer Promotions, and local activities

Evaluate branch performance based on age and business growth targets

Monitor marketing expenditure and measure Business Index (ROI on marketing spend)

Submit daily activity reports and branch visit reports

Analyze effectiveness of POSM and promotional campaigns for productivity and cost efficiency
