Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to drive lead conversion across online and offline channels.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives to achieve conversion goals and KPIs
Plan and execute local field campaigns, activations, and brand awareness initiatives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine targeting and messaging.
Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure high-quality leads and a seamless customer journey.
Monitor and optimize lead funnels through A/B testing and campaign improvements.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI
Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand outreach and lead generation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in B2C or field marketing
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English
Strong analytical thinking and project management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
A two-wheeler or a four-wheeler is mandatory for field visits and client meetings.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in service-based industries such as security, surveillance, SaaS, or telecom
Hands-on experience in lead nurturing and CRM strategy development
Prior experience managing both on-ground and in-office marketing teams
