Atreya Innovations Pvt Ltd is a Pune-based medical device / HealthTech company building innovative products for Ayurvedic practitioners, clinics and consumers.
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of marketing strategy, customer acquisition, demand generation, product positioning and revenue-focused marketing across both B2B and B2C segments.
You will develop and execute marketing strategies across digital channels, offline events, partnerships and other relevant channels. You will understand the needs of B2B customers (Ayurvedic practitioners, Vaidyas, clinics and institutions) as well as B2C consumers, and build effective strategies for each segment. You will work closely with Sales, Product and Leadership teams to strengthen product positioning and improve the overall marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion, engagement and revenue growth.
- Drive customer acquisition, demand generation and marketing initiatives.
- Build product positioning, messaging and campaigns based on customer insights.
- Manage the marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion and repeat usage.
- Plan and execute digital marketing, offline events, partnerships and customer engagement initiatives.
- Track and improve key metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, ROI, customer acquisition and revenue contribution.
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Leadership teams.
- Conduct customer research to understand needs, objections and buying behaviour across B2B and B2C.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers and marketing vendors.
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise strategies.
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives and contribute directly to business growth.
Candidate Profile
- 6–8 years of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Consumer Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer research, consumer behaviour and product positioning.
- Proven experience in lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion.
- Strong analytical, data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers or external marketing partners.
Industry experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Ayurveda, Wellness or Consumer Health is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates from other industries with strong experience in customer acquisition, growth marketing, product marketing, demand generation and revenue-focused marketing are welcome to apply.
