Professional Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits across residential, commercial, and construction projects to assess marble and stone requirements.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, builders, and contractors to understand project specifications and recommend suitable solutions.

• Organize and facilitate showroom visits for prospective clients.

• Maintain comprehensive records of site visits, client meetings, and lead data.

• Ensure seamless client follow-up until successful transition to the sales team.

• Identify and generate project-based leads, sharing qualified opportunities with the internal sales team.

• Proactively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.

• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, addressing their requirements and concerns.

• Monitor and support ongoing marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility and customer acquisition.

• Expand the company’s customer base by onboarding new clients.

• Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and identify emerging sales opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations on products and services.

• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences to strengthen brand presence.

• Prepare regular sales and financial reports to track performance and support strategic decision-making.

• Provide frequent reviews and updates to management on market trends, client feedback, and business growth.

• Responsible for engaging and building relationships with traders to drive B2B sales growth.
