WE ARE HIRING – MARKETING MANAGER

Position: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
Appoint distributors, dealers and retailers.
Manage and train the field sales team.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Develop new markets for milk, dahi, chhach, lassi, paneer and shrikhand.
Manage customer relationships, promotions and digital marketing.
Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
3–5 years of sales and marketing experience preferred.
Experience in FMCG or the dairy industry is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Knowledge of distributor management and payment recovery.
Salary: Negotiable + Performance Incentives.
