Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound calls to potential clients
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Source leads through online platforms such as Justdial and similar directories
Maintain and update lead databases
Follow up with existing clients for feedback and repeat business
Identify upselling opportunities with current customers
Coordinate with the sales and service team for lead conversion
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills (mandatory)
Confident in making outbound calls
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online research
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Interest in marketing and business development
