Marketing Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our marketing activities for real estate projects. The candidate will assist with digital marketing, social media, lead generation, market research, and promotional activities.

This is a good opportunity for a fresher who wants to gain practical experience in real estate marketing and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for real estate projects.

• Support social media marketing on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Create and coordinate content for property promotions, social media posts, reels, and other marketing materials.

• Assist in lead generation through online platforms and social media.

• Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team.

• Conduct basic market and competitor research.

• Assist in preparing marketing reports and maintaining lead databases.

• Update and maintain customer/lead information in Excel or CRM systems.

• Support online and offline promotional campaigns and property-related events.

• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and other vendors for marketing activities.

• Assist in creating marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.

• Perform other marketing activities as assigned by the team.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BBA, MBA, or any relevant field.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Canva and basic graphic design

• Social media management

• Content writing

• Lead generation and follow-up

• Digital marketing

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads

• CRM knowledge

• Basic video/reel editing

• Interest in the real estate industry
