🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive sales growth and meet targets
✅ Identify new business opportunities
✅ Manage customer orders and ensure timely dispatch
✅ Maintain optimal stock levels
✅ Resolve customer issues with professionalism
✅ Conduct market surveys for pricing and trends
✅ Ensure timely payment collections
✅ Coach and support junior team members
✅ Maintain accurate sales reports (daily, monthly, half-yearly)
✅ Clearly communicate dispatch terms and timelines to clients
✅ Generate innovative ideas for boosting sales
✅ Adhere to SOPs and management directives
🤝 Coordination With:
Internal: Accounts, Purchase & Dispatch teams
External: Customers & Agents
📌 Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Must be disciplined and customer-focused
Language: Hindi is mandatory
