Key Responsibilities
● Develop and expand the company's B2B travel agent network within the assigned region.
● Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate travel partners.
● Generate sales by promoting domestic and international holiday packages.
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Conduct regular visits to travel agencies to build strong business relationships.
● Organize product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities for travel partners.
● Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
● Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
● Resolve partner queries and provide prompt support.
● Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
● 10+ years of experience in B2B travel sales.
● Strong existing network of travel agents and tour operators in the assigned region.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
● Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
● Good understanding of domestic and international travel products.
