Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the sales and distribution of our exotic mushrooms in the Mumbai region. This includes managing the logistics of air shipments from Delhi, ensuring timely delivery to clients, and maintaining strong relationships with chefs, restaurant purchase departments, and modern trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our exotic mushrooms to restaurants, hotels, and modern trade outlets in Mumbai.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.

2. Logistics Management:

- Oversee the handling and delivery of mushroom shipments from Delhi to Mumbai by air.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients across Mumbai.

3. Inventory & Quality Control:

- Monitor the expiry dates of products and manage return-to-vendor (RTV) processes as necessary.

- Ensure the quality of products is maintained throughout the supply chain.

4. Client Liaison:

- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and gather feedback to improve services.

5. Self-Motivation & Initiative:

- Take initiative to identify new sales opportunities and improve existing processes.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to keep Planet Mushroom ahead in the market.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food industry.

- Strong understanding of the Mumbai market, particularly in the hospitality sector.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Must have a residence in Mumbai center.

- personal vehicle (bike) is must.
