### Qualification:

• Civil / Mechanical Engineering graduates or ITI / Diploma candidates preferred

• Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in construction / building materials industry

### Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, meet, and develop relationships with potential customers, builders, contractors, and architects for UPVC doors and windows

• Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into sales

• Explain product features, technical specifications, and benefits to clients

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth

• Conduct site visits and gather requirements from customers

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Prepare daily sales reports and update management regularly

• Coordinate with the production and installation teams for seamless delivery

### Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Basic knowledge of construction products preferred

### Languages:

• Mandatory: Kannada, Hindi, and English

### Other Requirements:

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory

• Immediate joiners preferred

### Salary:

• Based on qualification and experience (with attractive incentives)
