Job Description

Location: Vytilla, Kochi

Product Line: Pavers & Tiles

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell pavers and tiles to builders, contractors, architects, and real estate developers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned territory.
Visit project sites, dealers, and potential customers regularly.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with the factory and logistics team for smooth order execution.

Candidate Requirements:

Male candidate preferred.
Must have own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Experience in real estate/construction materials/building products sales is an added advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to travel locally for field sales activities.
Basic knowledge of Experience:
MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting is a plus.
Minimum 0–3 years in field sales (real estate or related industry preferred).

Education:

Any graduate/diploma (sales-oriented candidates with relevant experience can also apply).
