Salary:

₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month+ Incentive

(Final salary will depend on current CTC and interview performance)

Roles & Responsibilities:

First presence is mandatory (punctuality and discipline expected).

Field work involving daily visits to minimum 20 housing societies.

Collect valid contact details of:

Society Chairman

Secretary

Manager

Ensure all collected contact numbers are genuine and verified (no fake data).

Share collected leads daily with the Reporting Manager.

Generate minimum 20 valid leads per day.

Share live location with the manager during field work.

Promote Society Rights services and explain company offerings to societies.

Maintain daily work updates and follow instructions from the manager.

Work Location & Reporting:

Field work across all areas of Mumbai

Daily office visit is NOT mandatory.

Candidates can directly go to the field from home and report online.

Working Days & Leave Policy:

6 working days, 1 weekly off.

Indian festival holidays applicable.

After 3 months, performance review will be conducted.

Based on review, you will be eligible for the increment process.
