Job Title: Marketing & Field Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing & Field Executive to support our marketing initiatives, conduct field activities, engage with clients, and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-spoken, and capable of handling both on-field and in-office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Activities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and customer trends.

• Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and content promotion.

• Help prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and reports.

Field Activities:

• Visit clients, vendors, and market locations as required for business development.

• Conduct product demonstrations, promotions, and field surveys.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Collect feedback from clients and provide insights to the marketing & sales team.

Client Handling & Coordination:

• Attend client meetings to understand requirements and present company offerings.

• Follow up with leads generated through various channels.

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, operations) for timely client support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, fieldwork, or sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply).

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel for fieldwork as per requirement.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, social media, and marketing tools.
