We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing & Field Executive to support our marketing initiatives, conduct field activities, engage with clients, and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-spoken, and capable of handling both on-field and in-office responsibilities.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and customer trends.
Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and content promotion.
Help prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and reports.
Visit clients, vendors, and market locations as required for business development.
Conduct product demonstrations, promotions, and field surveys.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Collect feedback from clients and provide insights to the marketing & sales team.
Attend client meetings to understand requirements and present company offerings.
Follow up with leads generated through various channels.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, operations) for timely client support.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in marketing, fieldwork, or sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork as per requirement.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, social media, and marketing tools.
