Marketing Field Executive

Creative Plastic is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to strengthen our marketing and business development activities in the plastic manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing customer relationships and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the plastic manufacturing market.

• Generate leads through online platforms, market research, references, exhibitions and other business channels.

• Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer requirements and competitor activities.

• Contact potential customers and introduce company products and capabilities.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up, quotations and customer requirements.

• Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Visit customers, dealers, distributors and industrial clients whenever required.

• Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into business opportunities.

• Support the company in developing new markets and expanding the customer base.

• Coordinate with production and other departments to understand product specifications, availability and delivery requirements.

• Maintain proper records of leads, customer enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.

• Prepare regular marketing and lead-generation reports for management.

• Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings and promotional activities.

• Explore digital marketing channels, social media and online platforms to improve company visibility and generate enquiries.

• Support the development of company presentations, product catalogues, brochures and other marketing materials.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in BBA, MBA (Marketing), Marketing or any relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development or B2B Sales.

• Experience in Plastic, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Automobile or related industries will be preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and digital marketing platforms.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market visits.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
