Marketing Field Executive

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

• रोज़ाना निर्धारित मार्केट और दुकानदारों के पास जाकर भुगतान प्राप्त करना।

• ग्राहकों से बकाया राशि की समय पर वसूली करना।

• प्राप्त भुगतान को संबंधित ग्राहक और इनवॉइस के अनुसार दर्ज करना।

• रोज़ की गई सभी कलेक्शन का रिकॉर्ड रखना।

• जमा की गई नकद राशि, चेक या अन्य भुगतान की जानकारी कार्यालय में जमा करना।

• जिन ग्राहकों का भुगतान बाकी है, उनसे नियमित रूप से संपर्क करना।

• ग्राहक के बकाया भुगतान और इनवॉइस से संबंधित जानकारी अकाउंट्स एवं सेल्स टीम से साझा करना।

• भुगतान में देरी, किसी विवाद या ग्राहक द्वारा भुगतान रोकने की स्थिति में तुरंत मैनेजमेंट को जानकारी देना।

• दुकानदारों और ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे एवं व्यावसायिक संबंध बनाए रखना।

• आवश्यकता के अनुसार अलग-अलग मार्केट में जाकर फील्ड विज़िट करना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ

• अच्छी बातचीत और व्यवहार करने की क्षमता।

• जोड़-घटाव, इनवॉइस और ग्राहक के खाते की सामान्य समझ।

• अलग-अलग मार्केट में जाने और फील्ड में काम करने की क्षमता।

• ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार और समय का पाबंद होना।

• कलेक्शन, सेल्स या डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता।

• दोपहिया वाहन और वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना बेहतर रहेगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारी

ग्राहकों से समय पर बकाया भुगतान प्राप्त करना और सभी कलेक्शन का सही रिकॉर्ड रखना।

Job Responsibilities

• Visit assigned markets and retail customers on a daily basis.

• Collect outstanding payments from customers as per their pending balances.

• Ensure payments are properly recorded against the relevant invoices/customer accounts.

• Maintain a daily record of all collections made.

• Submit collected cash/cheques/other payment details to the office as per company procedure.

• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and pending invoices.

• Coordinate with the accounts and sales team regarding customer outstanding balances.

• Inform the management about delayed payments, disputes, or customers refusing/delaying payment.

• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with retailers and customers.

• Travel to different assigned markets as required.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of numbers, invoices, and customer accounts.

• Ability to travel to different markets regularly.

• Honest, responsible, and punctual.

• Previous experience in collection, sales, distribution, or field work will be an advantage.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Key Responsibility

Timely collection of outstanding customer payments and accurate reporting of all collections.
