Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Conduct field research and cold outreach to map out and contact local businesses in targeted geographic areas.
• Value Pitching: Clearly explain to business owners the unique benefits of direct-to-consumer society marketing, such as reaching a captive audience, instant brand building, and generating on-the-spot sales or leads.
• Deal Closing: Negotiate participation packages, stall rentals, and sponsorship terms, and successfully close contracts with local vendors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) or event organizers to secure stall permissions and ensure a smooth setup for vendors.
• Market Expansion: Continuously identify new categories of businesses to pitch and expand the company's vendor network across various neighborhoods. Key Requirements
• Proven Sales Experience: 2–4 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, event sponsorships, or space selling.
• Communication Skills: Persuasive, charismatic, and articulate in explaining complex marketing benefits to varied types of business owners.
• Negotiation & Closing: Strong ability to handle objections, negotiate terms, and finalize deals.
• Local Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the local area, residential demographics, and commercial hubs.
