Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and sell ROOTARI Nannari Syrup at high-footfall locations such as markets, fairs, exhibitions, events, malls, and public gathering areas.
This role involves direct customer interaction, live product promotion, sampling, and on-the-spot sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell ROOTARI Nannari Syrup at crowded public places
• Set up sampling counters or display stalls
• Explain product benefits to customers confidently
• Convert walk-ins into paying customers
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
• Collect customer feedback and market insights
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential retail leads
• Maintain product stock and basic sales records
• Represent the brand professionally at all times
• Strong communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English preferred)
• Confident personality with good public interaction ability
• Basic sales and persuasion skills
• Ability to stand and work in outdoor environments
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Prior experience in FMCG or field sales is a plus
